Learn how to change the background and how to take lens flare in blank layer learn more about selection tool and color tone adjustment.

For selection you can use pen tool or quick selection tool in photoshop

After selection use copy + paste to make different layer. Then again select girl image and do again copy + past.

After complete the procedure go to background and go to filter + blur then adjust the blur.

Change the color of background by using new fill adjustment layer or camera raw filter.
