Second step:Select the image you want to work for selection you cna use pen tool or quick selection                       tool.


Third step:Place the image in perfect area because placement of image gives your work look                                professinal .


Final step:Add some smoke by using brush than adjust color tone by using camera raw filter or nik c                    collection or you cna also use new fill layer adjustment.
